Information we may receive
If you contact LMR, the submitted fields may include your name, company, email, phone, product interest, message and consent. Hosting and security providers may also process basic technical data such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, requested pages and security events.
Do not submit credit reports, Social Security numbers, government IDs, account credentials, payment-card data, banking information, health information or other sensitive personal data through the public contact form.
How information is used
LMR may use inquiry data to respond, provide requested product information, coordinate a presentation, discuss licensing or a partner program, maintain an appropriate business record, protect the site and comply with law.
Independent form processing
The contact form is submitted to FormSubmit, an independent endpoint that forwards the message to LMR and applies server-side spam screening and CAPTCHA controls. FormSubmit may process the submitted fields and associated technical data under its own terms and privacy practices.
Security and retention
LMR uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Inquiry data should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the communication, business records, dispute prevention and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask about personal information submitted through this site, request correction or deletion where applicable, or opt out of nonessential follow-up by emailing support@LMRinternational.com. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security or legitimate business purposes.
